2. Service Description

Kiwi Travels is a B2B marketplace platform connecting cab operators across India for intercity travel requirements. The Service allows operators to:

  • Post and browse intercity trip requirements
  • Unlock contact details of other operators via wallet payments
  • Participate in a referral program to earn bonuses
  • Manage transactions through a wallet system

3. Eligibility

To use Kiwi Travels, you must be a legitimate cab operator or fleet owner with valid business credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and KYC verification.

4. Subscription and Fees

  • A monthly subscription fee is required to access the marketplace
  • Contact unlock fees are charged per contact revealed
  • All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Wallet System

Users must maintain a wallet balance to unlock contact details. Wallet funds are non-refundable but can be used at any time. Referral bonuses are applied automatically to unlock fees.

6. Referral Program

Users earn bonuses when referred operators spend on unlocks. Bonuses are credited to the wallet and applied to future transactions. Kiwi Travels reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
  • Harass or abuse other operators
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems
  • Share login credentials with others

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Kiwi Travels, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Kiwi Travels are owned by the company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kiwi Travels acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the actions, agreements, or disputes between operators. All transactions and partnerships are at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
